National Jute Manufactures Corporation Ltd., a Govt. of India Undertaking producing jute goods is under Revival Process and its three mills i.e. Khardah Jute Mill at Khardah, Kinnison Jute Mill at Titagarh both in West Bengal & RBHM at Katihar in Bihar will be revived and modernized and other three mills viz National, Alexandra and Union all in West Bengal will be closed as per its revival plan approved by BIFR. NJMC retained us for providing services in different functional areas in their Factories/Corporate office.

Application is invited from suitably qualified personnel having experience in manufacturing process preferably in Jute mills who are required to be engaged by M/s Career Probe on contractual basis to provide service to NJMC in the following functional areas of NJMC’s factories as mentioned below. The minimum qualification is Graduate or Diploma in Jute Technology / DSW / CLW / CA / CMA (Intermediate) / BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / MBA / Diploma in material management and other post graduate Diploma in related discipline, however relaxable for candidates having outstanding background and practical experience. Persons having knowledge in Computer shall be preferred.

  • To assist Production In-charge (Mill side) in different production related aspect and allied jobs in different shifts to maintain steady production and productivity along with any other related job to be assigned to him time to time.
  • To assist Production In-charge (Factory side) in different production related aspect and allied jobs in different shifts to maintain steady production and productivity along with any other related job to be assigned to him time to time.
  • To assist In charge Engineering in maintaining Mechanical, Civil & Electrical matter for smooth functioning of the Unit and any other allied job to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist the In-charge Finance & Costing with regard to all financial related matters and allied jobs to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist In-charge Finance & Costing with regard to all Costing related work so that effective measures are taken on cost control of the Unit and any other allied jobs to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist Store In-charge regarding indent of Store Materials, looking after its quality and procurement with maintenance of Ledger, records etc. and any other allied jobs to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist Purchase In-charge on purchase related matter in an effective manner and any other allied jobs to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist Personnel In-charge with regard to all labour related matters with special attention to engagement of contract labour, maintenance of their records, profile etc. as well as to monitor the work of Licensed Contractors who are supplying the labours. Maintenance of all records and compliance of
    relevant provisions of contract labour Regulation (Abolition) Act as amended on date on behalf of the Principal Employer and any other Personnel and Labour related jobs to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist Labour Welfare In-charge in maintaining the welfare of the employees, compliance of different rules and regulations particularly with regard to health, safety, Drinking Waters and allied Welfare measures along with any other related jobs to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist SQC In-charge to Plan, coordinate and direct quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards: Develops and analyzes specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
  • To assist Security In-charge in maintaining different security related matters for Safety & Security of the Unit and other allied jobs to be assigned to him from time to time.
  • To assist in charge Administration and Security In-charge in maintaining day to day affairs of mills under closure

Persons having suitable qualifications and adequate working experience on the functional areas as mentioned against Sl. On screening of the CVs applicants will be called for walk-in-interview before the Joint Representatives of M/s Career Probe & NJMC. There will be a panel of selected candidates and as per requirements of NJMC from time to time they will be taken on the roll of M/s Career Probe for providing service to NJMC. The first phase of panel shall be finalized for those applied within 15 days from the date of this advertisement. It is specifically clarified that these requirement are purely on temporary month to month basis however can continue based on their performance subject to requirement. But it can also be discontinued at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. NJMC or Career Probe has no obligation to continue any such person for any reason, once his services are discontinued and he has to immediately vacate the work place.

Salary or/Professional Fees for the above category of candidates is Rs @Rs.16000/ per month(inclusive of all benefits) for those who provided at Corporate office and head office of Mills and Rs.20000/-per month(inclusive of all benefits) for candidate to be provided in the Mills. The candidates before their engagement will have to make an Agreement/Contract with M/s Career Probe.
